The prices shown on this website exclude delivery unless specifically stated. The delivery charge will always be indicated in the Shopping Basket. You will not be charged any more than appears here.

The prices of products confirmed at the point of purchase will remain fixed during the transaction. However, we do reserve the right to alter prices if the required deliver date is beyond 20 working days of placing the order.

THE LITTLE BOX COMPANY shall be entitled to adjust the price to take account of any delay on the part of the buyer in supplying information required to complete his order or of any alteration made by the buyer to the specifications or any other information supplied by the buyer.

All prices quoted on the site are subject to alterations without notice to take account of fluctuations in the cost of labour and materials.

Price Match

We are only able to match quotes to exactly the same products.
The quote must come from a genuine retailer who must be able to verify the offer in writing and have the products in stock and available for immediate dispatch.
The price we match will be their complete price which includes P&P and any other additional costs.
Price match does not apply to any special offers / limited offer discounts.
We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

Ordering & Payment

The full price for ordered products must be paid and cleared prior to despatch, unless previous arrangements have been made. All orders must be paid for in Pounds sterling (£), and in the case of payment by cheque, draw on a bank account located within the United Kingdom.

Goods will not be despatched until paid for in full.

In the event of a failure by the buyer to pay for the products, the title of the products shall remain with THE LITTLE BOX COMPANY until such time as the payment in full is received. THE LITTLE BOX COMPANY reserves the right to retake possession of the products in the event of non-payment.

Every effort is made to ensure that our descriptions are correct, however, we reserve the right to change our prices and / or our product range. You will be informed of any changes prior to the despatch of your order.

Where there has been a material change to any product ordered by the buyer, we will endeavour to supply the buyer with a product that is identical to that ordered or a product that is as far as possible similar to that ordered.

The buyer has the option to accept or decline any replacement with a full refund if any replacement is not deemed acceptable.

Colours of products on this web site cannot be taken as absolute due to the variations in individual computer monitors and their settings.

All references to “gold”, “silver”, etc. relate to colour and not the actual material of which products are made.

Periodically, lines may be discontinued and we reserve the right to alter designs and prices.
