Deliveries
& Despatch
We
aim to deliver your order within 10 working days (excluding
personalised items which will be agreed on an individual basis).
All items are held in stock, although we may occasionally
experience short delays on the supply of our most popular
items. We will always advise you of any delay or suggest an
alternative.
It
is expected that all orders, unless you wish otherwise, will
be despatch within 5 working days. If you require goods within
a specific time please let us know by email or phone.
If
you do not receive your order within 10 working days of placing
your order, or you have not received it by an agreed date
please contact us.
All
cheques must be cleared before goods are despatched.
We
cannot be held liable for any goods damaged in transit.
For
all deliveries out side of the UK the buyer is regarded as
the importer f record and may, therefore, be subject to additional
charges duties and / or taxes which will be the sole responsibility
if the buyer. THE LITTLE BOX COMPANY is not responsible for
any additional cost or expense occurred by the buyer save
as specifically included in the delivery charge or otherwise
provided for herein.
THE
LITTLE BOX COMPANY shall not be liable for any delay or failure
to deliver products promptly if such failures arise due to
force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes,
riots, lock outs or other labour trouble, war, fire. Accident,
mechanical failure, non-availability to THE LITTLE BOX COMPANY
of manufactured stock, parts or materials; delay or failure
of delivery of the products to THE LITTLE BOX COMPANY by manufacturers
suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation
or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances
whatsoever outside our reasonable control.
Postage
& Packaging
A
postage and packaging charge will be added to your order.
Delivery
charge rates will vary from time to time.
Orders
are sent out via Royal Mail or Business Post depending on
size and weight of order.
Deliveries
to European and international destinations are subject to
different charges and shipping costs. Please email your requirements
and we can calculate your order for you.
Guarantee
& Returns Policy
Our
products are covered by a 10 day guarantee. If, for any reason
you wish to return the item, please return it to us within
10 days. All we ask is that you return it unused, undamaged
and with its original packaging. The parcel is your responsibility
until it reaches us, so we recommend that you return it to
us via recoded delivery. Your refund will be in the form of
the original payment. Your payment will be refunded if all
of the terms and conditions have been met.
For
individually designed items, you will be sent a sample and
asked to confirm that it meets your exact requirements. Once
you agree to the design, these items will be non- refundable
No
returns will be accepted arising from an error on the part
of the buyer unless at our discretion.
Postage
charges will not be refunded. |
